Giants Open the Season with an 8–0 Win!

The Highland Park Giants couldn’t have asked for a better start to the season, opening with a commanding 8–0 win over Barrington.

From the opening face off, the Giants showed great on-ice chemistry and unselfish play, moving the puck and finding each other with well-timed passes. The offense was clicking throughout the game, with Matthew Boiles and Max Glazier each scoring twice, and Cole Rosenbloom, Brody Bronstein, Charles Faletti, and Jordan Greenspan each adding a goal.

The passing game was a highlight, with Brady Kimelman and Alex Alberts each recording three assists, Cole Rosenbloom adding two, and Max Glazier and Miles Klein each contributing one.

The Giants were equally impressive in net. Will Romo stopped all 9 shots he faced, while Connor McCabe stopped 8, combining for a perfect 17-for-17 performance.

A strong team effort, great chemistry, and a shutout to open the season is a pretty exciting way to get things started!
