Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Regular Season

A non-refundable deposit is bundled into your registration down payment. If your player chooses not to try out or chooses not to play for the Giants after being assigned to a team, you will forfeit this amount. Should your player not be assigned to a team, you will receive a refund of your deposit less applicable system processing fees.

Spring Season

A non-refundable deposit (includes applicable processing fees) was provided with your registration. If your player chooses not to try out or chooses not to play for the Giants after being placed on a team, you will forfeit this amount. If your player is not placed on a team, you will be reimbursed your deposit (less applicable processing fees).

Giants Banquet

No refunds will be provided for purchase of tickets and non-attendance.
